Order Processing

All orders placed with Inches are made on a pre-order basis. This means your order is prepared specifically for you once payment has been confirmed.

Please allow the following processing times before your order is dispatched:

• Virgin Hair: 3–4 business days

• Raw Hair (Vietnamese Straight): 7–14 business days

Processing time begins from the date your payment is confirmed, not the date your order is placed. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched.

We do not rush our process — every bundle is prepared with care to ensure it meets our standards before it reaches you.

Shipping

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, please allow 3–4 business days for delivery.

We ship within the UK and worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times for international orders may vary slightly depending on your location and local customs procedures.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. Inches cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address details.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and the pre-order model, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Please ensure you have selected the correct length, texture, and quantity before completing your purchase.
